The story behind our name

The name Hill & Way is inspired by two neighbouring roads in North London that shaped the beginnings of our journey. By combining part of each road name, we created Hill & Way - a brand built on trust, community roots and lasting relationships.

Hill & Way is led by Managing Director Marcin Baranowski, whose extensive experience in luxury residential construction has helped establish the company as a trusted main contractor across London.
